Pancake Syrup
3 cups Granulated Sugar
1 1/2 cups water
3 tbsp Molasses
1 tsp Vanilla
2 tsp Butter Flavoring (optional)
1 tsp Maple Extract
Bring all to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves (a food rolling boil). Turn off burner, but leave pot on burner until boiling stops.
Store in a air tight sterilized container, keeps for months.
