Left overs = yummy!


Tonight I used up some left overs and came up with tortilla soup. So darn yummy! I simply heated up the chicken broth I made last night and tossed in our Mexican rice from the other night.  I like lots of pinto beans so I also tossed in a mason jar of them.  Then crushed a few tortilla chips in the soup because it also adds a great tortilla flavor to the broth.  We love sour cream so I added a teaspoon of Sunshine Dairy sour cream. Mmmmmm!

Total cost was 50 cents because I already factored the food cost and the only new cost was a mason jar of beans.  Woot!
